I will walk you through the inspection, what was found during the inspection, and provide you with a state-of-the-art report that is easy to read. I will be there to answer questions you may have, so you can make your decision with confidence.

Manufactured Home Foundation Certification inspections are often required by lenders for manufactured home purchases. We work with an engineering firm to get the foundations certified for acceptance by FHA, HUD, and the VA.
Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Capstone Home Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call. I will assist you with learning about the home and its systems by drawing from my training and construction experience. I have supervised the building of several homes and I have worked in many of the residential construction trades, such as, framing, siding, tile/stone, decks, and window installation. Additionally, I follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association, and the Washington State Standards of Practice.
After the inspection is complete, I will go over a summary with you and your agent while we are still at the home. This will allow for us to look a the areas being discussed for a better understanding, if needed. We will talk though any major issues that may need to be addressed sooner than later. I will also mention items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in an easy-to-read web-based report. In which, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images and notations for reference.
