Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Capstone Home Inspections provides professional and quality service from tthe moment you call. I will assist you with learning about the home and its systems by drawing from my training and construction experience. I have supervised the building of several homes and I have worked in many of the residential construction trades, such as, framing, siding, tile/stone, decks, and window installation. Additionally, I follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association, and the Washington State Standards of Practice.
After the inspection is complete, I will go over a summary with you and your agent while we are still at the home. This will allow for us to look a the areas being discussed for a better understanding, if needed. We will talk though any major issues that may need to be addressed sooner than later. I will also mention items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in an easy-to-read web-based report. In which, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images and notations for reference.
